Can i change the sex of my character in lordaeron? i have a female blood elf lvl 70, but in the end, i'd rather have a male (though it isnt a super big deal)

Some people just prefer different sex animations.

@OP No, you can't, it might be possible in the future but I don't recall seeing confirmation.
