Error creating Alliance character.

So I made my account last night, tried making an Alliance and got an error. It allows me to make a horde character, and it also allows me to make an Alliance only if I don't mess with any of the character customization. Is there anyway to fix this? I would much rather play on Alliance side.

I finally created a character, it seems that its the hairstyles that cause the error. Everytime I try to use the spiky hairstyles I get an error upon creation but if you switch it to other hairstyles you do not get the error and it goes through.

that Error is caused by your Wotlk with WoD model when you choose a "character customization" introduced by WoD.
So to avoid the Error just avoid to choose those kind of "character customization"
