Frenzyheart rep Issue

It seems that my rep will be too slow. I am playing on Ragnaros server and yesterday, my rep with frenzyheart reset to 0/12000 honored from 20k/21k revered. now for some reason, The Oracles cannot be clicked as "AT WAR". So trying to get my rep back up is taking forever....Anyone else have this issue??

You probably took a quest from a cave. There are 2 quests for switching between Oracles and Frenzyheart tribe. Completing one of them makes that reputation 0/12000. I don't remember killing Oracles to gain Frenzyheart reputation. Always did it with daily quests, which takes some time.

I only went into cave the first time roughly 6 days ago. I know about the quests and switching rep...That was not the post..And the daily quests for frenzyheart require you to kill the oracles. I didn't farm them for rep, I killed them for the dailys. Specifically the 30 mist oracles per day. Didn't have issue with it until yesterday when I turned in the chicken quest and my rep reset.
