1. Disable Heirlooms too?

    first of all, ofc it's my own idea. But since this is still on tbc phase, i don't know what devs thinking about heirlooms when they release wotlk. they already made this server unique by disabling the rdf tool. while wotlk client is way modern than classic vanilla and tbc, making game a little challenging hurts no one imo. while there are many wotlk private servers around this can turn into a diamond. if you ask me disabling heirlooms makes this 2x better than blizzlike wotlk. cos in your journey to 80, you will always enjoy having a new weapon from a dungeon, from a surprising mob drop, from a quest or even from ah. you'll have many ways to upgrade your character. for me playing with the same wep, chest, or legs from lvl 1 to 80 is kinda boring. especially when this server gets older and all people get their looms, they all will be same around. yesterday night we made a rfk run. as a warrior I and a retri pally rolled for the 2h axe called corpsmaker and i won it with a 88 to 87 roll lol. this was just an example fun that heirlooms totally destroy. what do you guys think?

  2. well, at some point there is nothing useful to buy from EoT's - yeah u can buy some mats but also you would sell them on AH at the end.
    I don't see how heirlooms bought by those with your main character would waste leveling...
    I mean is it so inconvenient to get a bit help while leveling your 6-10th char?

    agreed, i see no harm in letting ppl lvl their alts faster

  4. They are optional, you can either use them or not. You think it's fun to level up without heirlooms, while some people think its better to level up with heirlooms, but it's not cool to force them have your kind of fun if they won't enjoy it, don't you think so?

    NO , herilooms are needed later. It is not like they will rocket you to 80... You got the feeling with main leveling, let alt be a lil easier. And its not like everyone from day , will run with full looms set

    If you feel like that, simply don't use Herilooms yourself.
    Trying to suggest that content be removed for everyone just because you enjoy constantly going after equipment upgrades is quite selfish.

  7. Why not force people into Ironman so leveling an alt feels as fresh and exciting as the first one? I also love pvp, so why not make BGs give 2x exp and quests/mobs give 0.5 exp so people level through BGs? Swap quest item rewards with cocaine and unicorns so getting a green off a mob will feel exciting weather one equips it or sells for more cocaine and unicorns?

    Not everyone wishes to waste their time further leveling an alt just to experience the same thing.
    What you suggest doesn't make it any way more challenging, it's already easy, what it will do is inject more grind.
    You want more challenge, level as holy, level as resto, go Ironman, don't learn skills, plug out your keyboard or any other way.
    I'm getting fed up with these crap costom ideas, stop forcing your mods that gimp others gameplay.

    People will get stomped by people in looms so what, I stomped people with WSG/AB/AH gear because others didn't know it existed.
