Hello everybody I am player from Frostwolf i have a question can I make second race change ? Is that possible after changing it already once ?

If you have the currency (points I assume), then yes.

Race change costs 10 Points and provides:
- Character's race changed to the chosen race
- Your character must be level 40 or above to use race change
- Race change is completed through the character selection screen in-game
- Race change is irreversible and not eligible for refund

Irreversible as in you can't go "oh I changed my mind, give my coins back and put me on my old race."
You can change as many times as you like, covering the cost each time.
