Nice. I was playing on molten a few years back and now i found out these servers merged. Cant merge my last account on which i was a donor, on top of that there is no support/contact us option, or it dosent work. Any tips?

there was a period of roughly 8 months where you could recovery your account and some vp/coins. you are however no longer able to do so. if you want to play here again you'll be starting from scratch with a new account.
