Not working talent tree (as shadow priest)

Hello, I have a problem with talents, I cant spent them (even if I am trying :) )
I had some free talent points and when I tried to learn new talents, it didnt work, I could put it just into disci tree (even if I was trying to put it into shadow school talents).. so I have tried to delete cache folder and than reset talents and now I can use just first row of every talent tree...

Btw its happening on Lordearon realm

Can anyone help me?

Or have anyone similar problem?

Yes, I had like 34 TP in shadow and 2 free TP, couldnt even put it in second/third row... nowhere...
