No Points to collect? Why? Please help! :(

I took a few days off the game and even though I logged into my 3 accounts,
it keeps saying that there are no points to collect.

Anybody know why this is happening?

You need to obtain 1,000 achievement points in-game before you can start collecting points on the website.
