Recently I tried logging in as I have always, yet for the past few days it says there is unusual log in attempts and my account has been locked.. I enter my User name and password as is saved in my browser
Which sends me to the usual 2 factor page though Ive noticed the Captcha part that once was there is now gone...
I check my Authenticator
and enter it on the website only to be told its wrong...
I have tried the 2 factor authentication issues link that asks for your account name and apparently an email will be sent out but as of yet I've received no email.
Some support would be appreciated

I am experiencing a similar issue where I constantly have to log into my two accounts with authenticators. I can't find any reason that I'm constantly having to re-authenticate them. I even do it from different devices to try getting around this problem!

can someone plz remove the 2step authenticator from my account....it was a mobile authenticator and i smashed my phone screen.....plz

If you have access to your accounts email you can remove it yourself here. Otherwise you can make a support ticket on website (if you have access to another premium account) or send email to [email protected].
