1 of the quests still does not award credit, the one where you have to save the gnome from arcatraz. Dunno if we'll ever get a fix for that.
I think it's a BC title, the quest is still available in game, but the title reward got removed in Wotlk.
They replaced the quests with different ones, but the same :p (read, the objectives are the same, but they don't count for the achievement)
On Lordaeron the questgivers are giving both vertions of the quest though, so you can use Lightheaded addon to check quest ID and make sure you complete the old one. I think it might be possible once they fix Trial of the Nauru: Tenacity. Will have to wait and see.
Oh ok, didn't know that, it may indeed be possible then (if they ever fix that issue).
I doubt the title is still in the game. I completed the bt prequest and didn't get one either, I think both are removed.
You couldn't have completed [The Vials of Eternity] which is a requirement for the title Hand of A'dal, and even if you could complete it, the one offered by NPC is the new vertion of it added after TBC.
Lol are you like actually doubting that I completed the questline? The bt pre questline went exactly the way it does on tbc. On tbc I would have Hand of A'dal now. I have the Medallion of Karabor and my next quest is to talk to Akama inside bt.
edit: just to clarify obviously I didn't complete vials of eternity but It would seem strange to me if this kept me from getting Hand of A'dal

To get Hand of A'dal you need to get the Medallion of Karabor questline completed AND the Vials of Eternity quest completed, I'm not saying you didn't complete Medallion of Karabor, I'm saying you are ignorant and don't know that's not the only requirement for the title, and the other requirement is impossible since Kael'Thas is not available to get his Vial. Furthermore if you use Lightheaded to check the ID on Vials of Eternity quest you'll see it's the ID of the new quest that doesn't count towards the achievement anyway so even if you managed to complete it you wouldn't get the title.
