found this guide but not sure if its up-to-date with our current state with rogue, also what lvl do we start to speed through quests? ( im lv 14 )cuz i really like rogues but our dmg sucks! except at lv 80 :D

Well, the only difference between this and a PvE build is Riposte and Remorseless Attacks. You can build pretty much anything through leveling if it floats your boat.
