Roles needed at max level

Before leveling I want to make sure what roles/classes/specs are needed the most at max level at the moment. I understand that there is always a shortage of healers and tanks but I wanted to check what the max level players have to say. I was a warr tank during the old Lordaeron server, I was very good with it and was planning to roll one again but I noticed there are already lots of plates around, although I believe most are probably dps. I also remember the preferred tanks were paladins and dks so I want to be careful with what I choose.

If you are rolling alliance, shamans of any spec are in dire need.

Paladins there can never be enough Paladins we need to get everyone one the pink side.

Priest healers, shamans of any kind, rogues are kinda rare for dps. But we will see how many people reroll dk once they release wotlk, the situation might change.

If horde, Warrior Tank (Best tank if you know to play)
Most warriors tanks of realm are trash atm and most of them rolled as PVP prot warrior is easy like DPS of an arcane mage.

Both factions are in dire need of tanks

Alliance has very few Shamans (I guess very few people wants to be a walking goat squid).

Both factions has very few Warlocks.
