Molten user?

So i finally got information as to a little of what happened to molten-WoW and now its warmne. was able to log in and everythings peachy. but seems all my characters are gone. I have premium membership and whatnot but all my stuffs gone. Now its been a while since i played i know. and If they are completely gone i wont be too butthurt. I was just told there was a way to retrieve them again. however i am ill informed and am unable to find out how. So is there a way or am I SoL?

You were able to retrieve your characters the first few months I believe. You can't do it now. It's been to long.

All characters are lost permanently. a couple months after the incident it was possible to get an instant max level boost for 3 (or 5?) characters, a refund of all coins ever spend, refund of all points ever spend.

Sadly for you this is all over... never has been possible to get old characters back, except for by playing on hermes his molten2. (no one did)
