I gave 26 points to obtain shadow's edge in the game via voting just to find i cannot use it for transmog to an epic axe liek the experimental speciemen slicer. I dont know why and i want to return my vote if possible.

there is not any "refund policy" for Vote Point

Use google next time and you should know it by yourself, axe is part of Legendary quest chain and thats why it cant be transmoged
