Returning after a time away

I recently downloaded the game again after getting a new computer and found that in my absence all the account information had been deleted. I had previously played a fair amount on deathwing and liked the x12 experience rates as I never really had the time to spend on all of the leveling for the true retail-like experience. I've read the issues regarding what happened previously and it's left me wondering if there was some way to retrieve anything from the old accounts that I'd had (I know characters aren't possible, but starting from scratch does suck). I had heard that there was some perks such as VP and instant 80 that were given out to assist, though that my have only been temporary, but I would at least like to get a chance to have the donator status back if nothing else so I could make a DK to start out a bit further along.

I'm not really sure what channels there are for support at the moment as the only option in the "Support" section is ban appeal. I'm pretty sure my current account was the information I used previously - not 100% though - but my email also wasn't registered to any account or anything. If anyone has any suggestions or comments it'd be appreciated.

Welcome back, Javed. Our database was hijacked at the beggining of the year, everyone lost their characters and we had no way to restore them. Our promotions were temporary and ended a few months ago. Accounts cannot be restored either, returning or new players have to create a fresh new account to start playing.
