Checkmate is gonna be an endgame 25 man raiding guild, with officers from former top 60 world guilds on retail

We raid 3 days a week: 19:00 - 23:00 CET Wed/Thur/Sun and aim to compete whilst still keeping a healthy raid schedule.
The guild core consists of former top-rank hardcore players who want to enjoy raiding at a high level but not sacrifice too much social life.
Some of us have been playing together for a long time which makes us coordinate as we should and help our new members adapt easily.

We wont have any mandatory raids during the vanilla phase, but in the TBC period we will try to clear most off the content in order to gain an gear advantage for the coming Northrend release.

There might be some optional raids during the first weeks off TBC/WOTLK launch if interest is shown, but those wont be mandatory.


REQUIREMENTS-
You have sufficient raiding experience for the content that we raid.
You will be available to participate to our 3 raid days.
You share our enthusiasm for raiding and all that it entails.
You are a team player and willing, if necessary, to put the guilds needs ahead of your own.
You can understand and communicate in English. We use Teamspeak3 during raids so the ability to understand warnings and instructions is essential.
You are able to stand criticism and have the interest in improving your performance.
