well ithink there is some 19 twinks still wandering cata but both of those exp is basically dead 1-60 on MoP there is some pretty active 70-74 players and guilds and also afew 89

Just 19s wandering around. I have been in too deep on MoP to return to Neltharion.
My group had long since been disbanded and moved on.
