Login server down [Help Please]

I have been trying to connect for about 3-4 weeks and all it has been saying is login server down, but I can see other people streaming Neltharion. I can play on WOTLK but it won't let me connect to cata for some reason :(

Whenever i had that problem I just restart my router and it works fine.

Redownload the client.

Try delete the WTF in your game folder, and check the Realmlist.wtf file to make sure all the info are correct
