hello when i first donated in 2013 i donated to skip all donation ques. Why do i have to wait in ques now?

case1: you are talking about Lordaeron
answer: Lordaeron is hardcore and donor status does not allow for skipped queues on it

case2: you haven't properly had your account restored after the moltdown and instead made a new one
answer: your current account is no longer a donor and as such you do not have the queue skip privileges
