question about exploiting

So while i wait in que i would like to ask moderators and or the players something.

I have noticed that a lot of players are "pvping" on the mammoth near Kaw the Mammoth Destroyer. Is that not some kind of exploiting or bug abuse? why aren`t they geting banned? And please don`t tell me to kill the player. It`s not about that. It`s about people doing something bug/exploit related and getting away with it.

So exploiting? yey or nay?
