Stuck in Lordaeron

Hey,

My NE died in Fel Rock, Teldrassil, but it won't become a ghost. I'm just stuck there, lying dead on the ground being attacked by mobs. Tried ingame unstuck, tried logging out and nothing works. There is also no store unstuck for Lordaeron yet.

Could someone revive me in the nearest city please? Character name is Dragoniun.

I just logged in. I'm still stuck there and my ingame ticket is also still open =(

Is there an ingame solution for this? It seems to be a bug. I remember it from when Lordaeron was first live. It's not such a big deal with a level 6 NE, but at higher levels it's a big problem. If a GM doesn't help me, I would be doomed to make that character all over again. I tried /script RepopMe(), relogs, unstucks, tickets. Nothing helps.

I would report it on the bug tracker, but honestly I wouldn't know what to write..."was fighting some mobs, died and now I can't release". Not very helpful.

All I can really say is it happened fighting some "Shadow Sprite" just inside the entrance to Fel Rock cave in Teldrassil, while blasting out as many "wrath" spells as possible...

Or would the store unstuck perhaps fix this when it's released? I sure hope so =/

But as far as the origin of the problem goes, I hope someday somebody finds out what causes it. It's among some of the more problematic bugs around at the moment, along with evading mobs that follow you everywhere.

If it's happened more than once maybe you can provide more detail as to what you were doing leading up to this. I've never seen this happen on a p-server (and in fact couldn't make it happen on demand in any of the ways I thought it might happen).

In general with bugfixing for any project, the devs will find it much harder to solve a problem they cannot reproduce. Make easy reproduction possible and it becomes much easier to correct such issues.

So, what I'm saying is. If you CAN reproduce this on demand providing the steps to a dev, or in the forum would be a really useful thing to do.

All I remember is I had the game minimized for a bit, came back to find I had pulled aggro of another mob in the cave entrance, decided to spam wrath spell and I fell to the floor once my health ran out - no release button, no nothing and the mobs kept attacking. Hopefully, if it does happen again, I'll be able to get more details - I was busy with other things at the time, hence the minimized window.

Ah well, I mentioned it because you gave the impression it was a common problem. But, I've never seen it before at all. I do remember a long time ago on retail even someone reported dying again while a ghost somehow. But, never this way round :)

So just wanted to make it clear that in order to correct these kind of rare problems it's quite imperative to have a way to reproduce.

Post your combat log :) also, guess it is trivial, but try the /script RepopMe(); and /script AcceptResurrect(); just for the case :)
