Voting problem

Hello. I have a little problem. I want to collect some vote points and when im logged in and im clicking "Collect points" i have message "You dont have points to collect" or something like that. What can i do to get some vote points?

It's probably because you don't have the minimum ammount of acievement points on one of your characters.
