Request : Class based discussion thread

Hi,

This is a request to the warmane staff, if they can please add a 'Class Based Discussion Sub-Forum' specific under Lordaeron forum section.

As at lower gear levels there is a lot of changes in class specs, rotations and gear choice and people can discuss it in that sub forum rather than spamming new thread in general Lordaeron section :)

Why waste more forum space when we already have a perfectly good place for them to ask their class related questions?

If you did not see that sub-forum is over crowded with end wotlk, cata and MOP content
Thats why it was just a request to add class based subforum, just like 'Recruitment' and 'Trade' where people can discuss the things as the progress and gear goes on

I don't see why the already-existing class forums wouldn't suffice. By posting there, you'd be more likely to have your posts noticed by a knowledgeable player who frequents those forums. A number of Lordaeron players have already posted questions regarding DK's and Warlocks on the class forums and gotten very helpful answers. I think it's in everyone's best interests if you Lordaeron folks didn't cut yourselves off from the WotLK players of the other realms :P. We're all playing the exact same patch, after all.

As I told you in reply to the PM you sent me, I forwarded this to Patulena, who can manage Forum sections, but along with the suggestion of adding the "Lordaeron" prefix for threads in the Class subforums instead. As others have said, there's really little reason to segregate Lordaeron topics just because some things might not have a straight application.

This is really only true with regard to raid mechanics, tactics, and whatnot.

Class mechanics on the other hand should largely be the same. Where there's a bug and they're not, you'd be more likely to know because there'd be other people there with different perspectives to point that out. It's not like Lordaeron is on a 3.1.1 patch or something like that. Gearing advise, gem/enchant choices, talent builds, glyph choices, etc - all of that will largely be very relevant to you, and if your questions pertain to something specific about a raid encounter, I don't see you couldn't have that discussion with other Lordaeron players there :P.

If you are leveling and have trouble don't spend 1 hour surfing the web and trying to find a solution for your level 28. Spend 1 hour to get to level 30 and find a new problem and don't spend 2 hours trying to find a solution for it. Just level up. With problems. It will take you 1 year. Just level up dude. Don't think about it.

I'm at a level where i cant really level up in WOTLK content until they launch level 81
