Hey Guys

So, I've noticed most of the time my abilities are not instant. I have a constant 180ms, so it's definitely not that. Basically what happens a lot of the times is ill hit a shot like say chimera shot and it'll spin like its going on GCD and light up and itll do that 3 or 4 times as I hit it, sometimes taking up to 3 seconds to go off. I tried a lot of things like turning off all addons, turning off triple buffering, turning on reduce input lag, turning down graphics, everything. Any Ideas?
