Coin Usage

Just came back to the game, and am curious what's good to buy in the coins shop. I used to play the Cata warsong server a lot and recently came back to the MoP server. I'll most likely be PvP'ing for the most part.

I also have a question about coins. If I use coins to purchase the grevious pvp weapons, can I use them when I get them or do I still need the in game conquest point requirement?

Requirements are only present when purchasing items from the vendors, you don't need to meet the requirements when equipping. So yes you can buy grievous weapons from the coinstore and equip them.
