Technical Cant Login

My MoP client won't let me login to Frostwolf, it keeps saying account needs to be converted or will just keep saying "connecting" for hours. Meanwhile I can login instantly on my Cata client. So im pretty sure it's client based.
Does anyone know a fix to this?

bump still an issue..

ok so basically the only thing that helped me is this :
1) fully delete all files that are related to wow
2) go to your disks right click and select properties > select disk clean up
do it for all of ur disks u got
3) download game from warmane again.... ( i know T_T)
4) after download go to your wow folder and right click on data folder as well as the wow.exe and deselect read only .
thats it.
