Cannot Collect my daily points

hello, my account "ajaraja3" cannot collect daily points. when i click on "collect" it appears a red message saying " you don't have any points to collect" . obviusly there is something wrong with my account , somekind of bug because i can't collet my daily points since weeks. i thought it would be fix over time but it didnt. please warmane help me to resolve this problem, i want my points, i am missing points from several weeks, i coudl have a lot of by now.

You need to have 1 000 achievement points in order to collect your daily points.
