I paid for a name change on one of my characters. I entered the game and changed the name and I got a window saying changing name. However, its been on the same screen for close to an hour. I cancelled it and tried again, same result. Now I cant even get into the game with that character. Is there something wrong with the functionality? How long is it supposed to take? Thanks in advance
