Hi guys!

I just want to state my opinion about the point shop... which I feel will be bad for the server. Now you can basically get 6.k gs without doing a lot. I know players who raided their asses off for the gear they have and now you can almost get the same gear via point shop? wtf? For warmane I think this will mean that they receive less donations also since you can get pretty OP gear in the point shop. I don't understand why they are implementing this new system, the old one was very nice. When I joined I asked players where to get relentless gear and they said arena or with eof. I decided to arena for my wrath gear, now there is almost no use to arena also. Trinkets aren't hard to get via pve raids so that I also don't like. My old server added wrath gear to the point shop and I can say that destroyed the server in only a few months.

Feel free do bash me, but as I stated this is just my opinion.

I don't understand your style of argumentation.

To "farm" a specific amount of points you still need 1 month. (depends on how many points you get on a daily base)
Without doing alot? - let me check that
- I get 1.1 points every day for having 4100 achievement points in total and an account in "Good Standing" (I've done Explorer and almost every ICC achieve, general etc.)
- e.g. a tank needs 17 items to fill up all the spots -> it would take ~ 1 1/2 years to get started for HC raids

conclusion: in the end it doesn't matter because most people dont have a lot of achievement points - again, it's a system designed for active players who are willing to farm achievements.

I can also see your point but its not so simple, if u are innactive and u dont farm up achievement points u wont gear up anything. I recently started here and with 1065 achieve points i get 0.9 per day i need a month for an item basically. The ppl who can gear up a char fast on the shop are here a long time and they probably have a main geared up in raids and farmed alot. This system is quite usefull cuz it awards active ppl not slackers.

In fact active players gear a lot faster than this system will. My one friend geared about 6 chars to 6k gs + in about 8 months since he wasn't lazy. He did raids and arena's for all his gear. Now you just have to do a few easy achievements and BAM 6kgs... fail system.
