1. Spent 5 coins (bought a pet), but still in que.

So roughly 20 hours ago or so I spent 5 coins on a pet for my character on Lordaeron, thought great I can wake and skip que. Nope. 1000 in q like everyone else. Not sure who to contact regarding this issue.

  2. Did you see either of these:

If not you may have landing when the changes were not active or when changes had been active but were being changed.

  3. hey trinity, yes, I did see "Note: This purchase will also grant a 30 day queue-skipping benefit on Lordaeron."

  4. It is spelled "queue", not "que" or "q". As for your issue, the server has been on the fritz for the past day, that may have something to do with it.

  5. same thing for me, donated for a 5 coin pet still waiting in queue zzzzz

As far as i know, you have to use the coins you specifically donated for, otherwise it will not work. How did you obtain the coins you used to purchase the pet?

One of the staff members checked your account, and queue skip is active for you.

  7. Hello Empyrean I am having the same problem purchased 10 coins and spent the coins on Re-Customization and still have had queue times.

  8. Is there any set amount I need spend or can do 10 coin donations get a pet and be fine for queue skipping?

The minimum is 5 coins, you will also receive one of two pop-ups already posted in this thread.

These coins were gifted to me. I've also spoke with proterean (spelling?) and he basically asked the same thing. Regardless, I feel if coins are being spent, it should allow you to skip que, as these are coins being put to use, not sitting around not being used, which will in turn lead to additional donations for more coins. I would like to hear what the staffs opinion is on this matter. Thanks for replying.

And I did want to add I have another account which was gifted coins that of course I used previously before the que skip was enabled. Now I did not donate for these coins myself but I am still able to skip the que on this account. Keep in mind this was when you rewarded previous contributors to lordaeron the ability to skip que initially. Not the recent changes that have taken place since.

We disagree. It is intended to be a premium feature, not a gifted feature.

  12. Mercy can one of your staff look into my issue please?

The main point isn't creating a coin sink, but opening a way to generate new donations for Lordaeron, which were awfully low, especially when you consider the huge number of people playing there. Coins being juggled around don't do that any more for that than coins sitting around not being used.

When you say you "purchased" those coins you mean you made a donation or you bought them with gold from other people or the like?
If you donated, when did you make the donation?

  14. I purchased them from this site on Jan 15, 2016... I know others that donated earlier than me and have been able to skip queue since this change came about.
