Technical can't log in the game

hello, I have got two accounts with user names Silvery and Mercury and can't log in the game. it passes connecting step but my charrs won't show up and can't enter the world then. also when I connect to website it recognize me from a different location. I connect from Iran but it says connected from germany. plz solve my problem its almost a week
