Account Banned due to exploiting

how can I contact a GM pls? I have never exploited anything and would like to be given an explanation about it. You think I would invest 30 days of played time within 4 months, to get my account banned?

I never did. I have evidence of me declining it. Yesterday Prot ported me to "Testing" realm, and asked, if I was duping and if I know the exploit. I never used such thing. All I did was using normal addons to put auctions up

You probably got your hands on duped items, by mistake or willingly, is the ban permanent? If not then at least its something.

No, yesterday it was mentioned, that i appear in logs. The only cause which can be, is the addon I use. Thats all. I havent used any exploits or dupes. If i knew, I would take the 100 coins in an instant. I have even no clue what happened. I just logged on all the time, did my auctions and thats IT. Nothing else. I was always a normal player.
