Game doesn't save settings?

Every time I start up the launcher and adjust the video settings the way I want them, they are completely reset when I start the game again. Also the 3 licence agreement windows I must accept appear every time I start up. I was thinking of waiting for the newe laucher and download the game then, maybe it won't be like that?

Check if your current windows account you're using have permissions to write/modify files inside WoW folder.
Right click on WoW folder > Properties > Security
Video and another game settings are saved under WTF\Config.wtf

Only thing in the Confing.wtf is the set realmlist. I start the game as administrator but it still doesn't save them. It seems to think I'm starting it up for the first time every time. I don't have those problems on WotLK :/

Make sure to uncheck read-only on config.wtf

the best way is to combine what they have suggest:
Right click on your MoP Folder>Properties>disable "read only"
