There is NPC called Kablamm Farflinger in Area 52.

He is supossed to teach me how to make Dimensional Ripper - Area 52, but he doesnt. When i click on him there is only some text.

It requires 350 goblin engineering.
I have 450 goblin engineering.

It shouldnt have any other requirements.
