I found one 4gb file with all working models except 1 undead hair and I think few non working dwarf ones...it also includes new draenei and belf models fully working...
Mind sharing it?
Really? care to share? That would be awesome, I get crashes everytime I go to a haircut and move around the hair options.
What do you mean, that you found it? where?
https://mega.nz/#!1V0RwBLJ!PosLF-bLR...UQcUO5B0sdxryk remember that I tested it in one-2 minutes so someone can report what he found here, maybe is just bugged AF,but to me it seemed really nice, better than warmane ones...btw.I'm not into this things, but it would be cool if someone could change that green non working undead haircut with one working so it repeats twice...also with dwarf one...everything is better than bald and green missing textures..
Where do i place this file exactly? i can't remember..
just put those 2 patches in Data folder...write bugs which you encounter here...maybe we can encourage warmane to work with this models and upgrade them
The patch provided by Uzi is pretty good, but the goblin npc become completely green and the Dalaran npc have bugs on their faces.
Also the Draenei females have holes in their shoulders and misplaced face textures. The game crashes on exit too.
I know what is causing the crash on exit and the goblin NPC bug, but I really don't know how to fix the buggy Draenei and the Dalaran NPC.
Recently a fully working NPC patch was released on modcraft, but it requires to modify some .DBC files and my knowledge in WoW modding is so basic that I couldn't make the patch work, even with the guide she provided on the thread.
I'll post the URL later.
Does anyone here know something about WoW modding? Maybe with some guidance I could make some things work.
Heh, my orc was invisible, while my blood elf worked, but after like 5 seconds waiting on the orc, it crashed however.
EDIT: yea it automatically crashes for me no matter what I try, tried new account, if I click create new character it crashes instantly. Pretty sad, was looking forward to having blood elf upgraded.
idk man,It works for me...it just have problems named above, but I could play normaly with minor crashes...however,is still useless but it shows that is possible to make new models kinda work with draenei and belfs and most haircuts...still,we are in search of one great mod
hmm I applied your files to the warlords one from warmane, did u apply it to the regular (old) wotlk or the "new" warmane one?
I guess that explains it, but now I don't know how the "old" wotlk looks like and which ones are patches from warmane. Guess I'll download the old one and try again.
Actually it would be easier if you tell be the file names in your Data folder
"common", etc so I know what I must have and what not to have.

http://modcraft.superparanoid.de/vie...hp?f=20&t=8564 Good luck =)
Edit: actually, the textures have already all been ported and are all fine, it's the mapping that is messed up. Like texture warping on the feet, faces, etc. That could be reworked and improved. Certain hairstyles might not work at all as they did in WoD. Afaik, textures need to be downsized as well for wotlk engine. There are more touch-ups here and there that are required. Reason people haven't done it yet, I imagine, is because it's a LOT of work. Not that hard necessarily, just it takes a LONG time to get each race working properly. That's all I know, which is also why I haven't tried it. Don't have that kind of free time.
Was hoping warmane would come through and get it done - I would, if I got paid for it =). Same goes for the cata water - although, there is a mod out there by Milly from Modcraft that ported it, it just isn't procedural and has a few kinks here and there, nothing worth worrying about though.
