Weapon enchant scaling

Could someone provide an accurate sheet of TBC weapon enchants and the way they scale on level 80. Namely the mongoose enchant and how much does it get diminished on max level?

It gives 120 agility and some haste on lvl 80, correct me if im wrong.

This is the correct value for level 70, since it's a TBC enchant. The proc gets diminished with level and has a lower value at lvl 80. The question is how much do you lose at level 80, compared to 70s original value.

It doesn't and shouldn't scale down. Neither should its proc rate.

Where did you even read that enchants get diminished with levels? :S

Are you mixing up Crusader and thinking it applies to all enchants? :S

The only thing that scales is those enchants with damage procs, like fiery weapon, its damage effect won't affect players above a certain level.
