My bank account got banned over a week ago due to "Make a ban appeal": http://imgur.com/PLBcry3. I made an appeal a week ago and haven't heard anything http://imgur.com/cwq1i45. I opened a ticket in game and they told me to wait for a response online. The problem is its been over a week and all my money is on that account...
Has anyone encountered this problem? How long does it take to get a response?

Bump: I know the mods are busy, but it's approaching two weeks and I haven't even been given a reason. Why is my account banned? Is this a normal wait time or should I contact a moderator directly?

Moderators do not deal with website support or reply to support tickets, that's a completely different department. Ban appeal tickets have lowest priority, which means it will take longer to get a response.
There's really nothing else you can do than wait for reply from support.
