Question About Donations and Queue Skip

To begin, I don't actually care all too much about whether this issue comes out in my favor, as I had no expectation at the time of donating for coins that it would also include the ability to queue skip. However, I am generally curious and would like to know the answer. If I donated to get 30 coins (33 with the bonus or w/e) in order to faction change, should that transaction allow me to skip queues? I'm currently sitting in a queue, and it would be great to not have to do that, but don't actually know if different services are treated differently with respect to that issue. Apologies if this is in the wrong section, not sure where it should go otherwise as I don't even know if this is worthy of a bug tracker post at this time.
