    5.4.8 patch.

    Can i ASk if The Patch Should be 5.4.8(18291)? or is there any hotfixes? hmm

    the one available here: https://www.warmane.com/download is 5.4.8 (18414), maybe it is not a problem
    in case it is a problem you just need "wow.exe" file from that torrent and once you start the game with it you will be fine at 100%
