WG JWC Recipes

Hello,
I would like to ask if it's possible to switch WG Fortress to Horde size because of buying JWC pvp recipes. I think it is not fair that fortress is all the time for alliance and horde has no chance to buy those recipes. Please make some rules for switching fortress status when WG is not available -> every day / week change.
Other possibility is to add those recipes to horde camp vendor.

The vendor has been removed until the issue with the controlling faction is dealt with a while ago already, so despite Horde having control, they can't get items from the vendor anymore.

So you want to tell me that pvp crafters has no chance to buy recipes, but there is a few people who have it. And you want to tell me that i have to buy overrated sockets from them and it is completely fair?
I dont think this is logic solution.

I cant see any problem to add those recipes to another vendor for all who want to buy it. Or what is the problem?
