Technical Macro that picks out talents

So hey , i've seen it before and im looking for it far and wide but i cannot .
It's a macro that u can type in the talents you want so every time you switch more than 2 specs you can easily just copy paste it
from a txt file or click the macro and boom there ,

Anyone heard about this or might have it ?
