1. Converted to a battle.net account / problem

    When i type my user and pass on the logging into the game screen i get the message " This account needs to be converted to Battle.net account and so on....
    I redownloaded a new game client from the Warmane webpage(talking about the MOP) and i still have the same problem.Can you help how to fix this kind of issue please ?

  2. Can you log in to any of our other realms? Have you been in the past?
    If not, check that your antivirus / firewall are not blocking the connection (also router ports).

  3. 1) be sure to log-in with your Warmane AccountName, not Email address
    2) be sure you are using a 5.4.2 client. ( Frostwolf will be upgraded to 5.4.8 on 26 January)
    3) check you are using the correct realmist:
    set realmlist logon.warmane.com
