Technical Severe lag issues

Hello.

I've been having the worst lag imaginable the past couple of weeks. I don't know if it's just me (Actually no it's not me, my net is fine ty. I can play DotA and LoL and CS perfectly fine with absolutely no net issues.) but it's unbearable. I've made numerous posts practically begging for advice or solutions and I have probably read over a hundred other forums posts with advice for a similar problem, but nothing works.

Actually after I've administered the help offered there, the lag jumped from frequent 5 second spikes to a permanent 180 second delay (Yes, I timed it.) I ping the server in cmd and it's stable as can be, but the second I log in-game - I might as well alt f4 because I won't be able to stomach the wait for the logout to issue with that tremendous delay.

Haven't received 1 reply on any of my posts, not a single shred of help offered. I guess I'm just trying my luck with this post, but I know better than getting my hopes up for any reply.

Thanks for the read anyway. And, uh, help would be gravely appreciated.

Any realm in particular or all of them?

Actually I've been playing with severe lag issue too recently, mostly red, sometimes yellow latency, my internet at home runs just fine for everything help.
I'm from south east asia btw, if country location actually matters.

DW has lag issues in part 1 month, in past week i've seen plenty ppl just teleporting around, 3-5 sec delays, even tho my client says 45-50ms.
And no, it's not my internet, multiple players have problems.
I rly don't know what u guys doing regarding scripting and recent fixes... or it could be just server side hardware issues, since ddos.

I particularly play on Frostwolf. It might be due to pending 5.4.8 but this lag has been going on for quite some time... I used to play on Lordaeron but I'd get DC'ed the whole time. Sitting in a queue larger than 300 meant "I am not playing today" because I would usually DC while in queue. All the way to the back of the line with me! xD I'm not sure about Deathwing, I mainly play Frostwolf. I'm from South Africa.
