Technical Error creating character

I can't create a night elf ?? I tired other races and it worked fine but a night elf I cannot. lol Why? It just says "Error creating character" and that's it.

are you using Wotlk with WoD mdoels on Lordaeron? then you have to randomize the look of the character until you can finally create it ( so that "Error" is cuased by some new WoD models)

As far as I know you can still get it at barber shop later
