There is a whole list at "log in". Maybe try to remember a fresh accout name/password.
It would also be great if you could do a little bit of search before complaing.

The information about your account is (or should be) in your head. Show me one "serious game" where you can simply go to a page and all the access information is available to anyone not logged in.

No, we don't just delete accounts. As Sjokomelk said, there's a list of tools readily available for you to recover the account details you forgot.

If you are logged on the account you are talking about then click on "my account" at the top of this page and you will see your account name there. If you forgot your password you can get new one here. All the information is available. You just aren't even trying to find it.

Out of security reasons people can't just hand over account information. Thats why people can't help you if have no information at all.
Even tho you want to reset the account in a way of deleting it, it may be deleting someone elses account - who knows what the goal behind it may be? Just a theory and a example why people can't just hand over account information and/or delete an account.

There will not be any information of you account when you start wow, if you have not used it and checked "remeber name".
