Pandaria Battle.net account convert

hey!
i apologise if i missed an answer to the question somewhere on the forum, but the answers that i found did not help me.
i have downloaded the client files (5.4.8) and i moved them into the client folder.
When i try to login into the server i get the message to convert my account to battle.net account.

my realm list is set to logon.warmane.com.
i have right clicked the folder and the "read only" has a blue square in front (not a tick), but if i remove it it just pops back.

what do i do?

try to use a different client, go here: https://www.warmane.com/download and get "MoP minimal", it is only 16 MB
