Haven't played lich king, ive only played on cataclysm. Curious how you get titles like high warlord or sergeat on wrath of the lich king:those kind of titles that are rewarded for rbg in cataclysm.

They are available on Ragnaros and Deathwing, I believe, and can be obtained through achieving a fixed amount of honorable kills. They are not available on Lordaeron, though, and I don't believe you've seen any person with them here.

What is the reason for not being on Lordaeron, and Ragnaros and Deathwing ?

That's what we tried to figure out since 1 week here http://forum.warmane.com/showthread....-and-HK-ladder but Staff still doesn't noticed our suggestion.
