    Hey guys, this is Q&A P[Player] G[Gathered] I[Informations]
    What does that mean?
    We gather informations provided by staff members during Twitch sessions, forum posts etc.
    We rely only on staff answers, we do not accept player answers as offical ones to avoid lies and such.
    You can always follow Warmane at Twitch and get the informations from first hand.

    Q: When are legendaries coming back?
    A: If everything works out, by the end of February 2015.

    Q: When are you going to fix stuff?
    A: Stuff is being fixed everyday. We should launch a test server tomorrow to start testing stuff and once its tested it will be released.

    Q: I purchased wrong item with my coins, what to do?
    A: If you are a donor, you can go to https://www.warmane.com/account/support and create a ticket to request a refund. Make sure you select type of the ticket as Item Missbuy.

    Q: Why cannot non donors send gifts?
    A: It could easily be abussed. Imagine what would happen to those players that have been gifted with 25-50 accounts and they have 10-15 accounts or more.

    Q: Are goodie bags coming out? And if so when?
    A: Yes they are coming out, soon. There is no ETA on them yet. There are problems with higher priority.

    Q: I donated after 31th December 2014, what can I do?
    A: You can writte a ticket at Warmane support section on website. More about it HERE.

    Q: 2 step authentication is not sending me a link. What can I do?
    A: Currently there is a glitch with it. Please wait. The problem is being solved

    Q: I am missing coins. What can I do?
    A: All coins were refunded. There was no loss. Only if you donated after 31th December 2014 then you should be missing your coins and contact support, otherwise you are possibly retrieveing wrong account. Make sure you are trying to recover correct account.

    Q: I cannot recover my account, what to do!?
    A: Account recovery is over and is no longer possible to recover an account.

    Q: My ticket is not being responded, what to do?
    A: There are a lot of ticket being posted everyday. There is a huge queue for tickets. Your ticket will be responded within few days. There are too many people making tickets. Please be patient, you will get your response.

    Q: How can I become programmer for Warmane?
    A: We currently have a recruiter program up. You can see more at THIS link.

    Q: Can all of this happend again?
    A: No. We have taken steps that will make this impossible in future. All data is entirely safe! There are 2 backups of the server at the moment.

    Q: Server is being restarted oftenly, whats happening?
    A: Its a good thing. It means server is being updated. We are oftenly updating the server with latest bugfixed, hotfixes, implementation of new stuff and much more!

    Q: What will goodie bags contain?
    A: Mounts, pets, items, gold and much more. There is not offical statement regarding this.

    Q: People are still ninjaing in game, what to do?
    A: Same rules as before are applying. Take a screenshot, fraps it or any sort of proof. Provide the proof to staff using in game ticket system and player will be investigated.

    Q: Why arent any staff members responding to suggestions and such?
    A: All threads are being viewed by programmers, moderators, game master and every staff member. We might not have anything to add regarding your thread on our post would be non-relevant.

    Q: Can we get Shadowmourne in game without spending coins?
    A: Yes. Lich King can drop Shadowmourne on 25man player Heroic in Icecrown Citadel. Proof can be seen as Realms First 25 Light Of Dawn run dropped Shadowmourne. It was looted by a player. So yes, you can get it from in game from Lich King on 25 man Heroic. It has a low drop chance.

    Q: I keep on playing RDF to get Big Love Rocket but its not dropping, is it bugged?
    A: It is NOT bugged. Its working as intended. Drop chance is small therefore you gotta be lucky to get it. There are players (For example me, The Serbian) that farm it over 100 times and then get it. Drop chance it really small. Bellow 1%

    Q: Is DK zone bugged?
    A: No it is not. If you find a glitch or there is a glitch that is constantly not allowing you to leave area, submit it to the bug tracker. The area is working.

    Q: Are you going to add cross-realm queue for BG's and such?
    A: Possibly in the future. There are no plans to add it right now. There are many many many problems that are more important. It will be decided when we fix the bugs we have at the moment, and fix everything we have to thats related to players.

    Q: I cannot make a ticket. There are 6000/6000 tickets, what to do?
    A: First of all, there are many tickets coming everyday. Ticket queue is constantly being filled up. Be patient. Try again in like 30-40 mins. Once we resolve some tickets you will be able to post yours (unless people become faster than you and write enough tickets to fill the queue again). You just have to wait. There are too many tickets coming in every minute.

    Q: Is there any sort of program that will get developers to teach us how to do programming so we can join Warmane Staff team?
    A: We are considering it. In near future we will have some sort of program. Nothing is final yet. Currently we need people that can come and help us out. Everyone is being paid for their work. If you start programming for us you will receive paycheck and everything. We are not looking to get people to be our slaves. We respect our staff members.

    Q: No one wants to answer my question on twitch. Why is this?
    A: You gotta tune in at the start. We cannot repeat same answers all day long. We will go thru some questions that have been asked already on Twitch and answer them again. We are trying not to constantly answer same questions and give everyone equal chance to ask their question.

    Q: Why cant I donate?
    A: Currently we disabled donations. There are reasons for it. It will be enabled. Not sure when but it will be enabled possibly soon when we feel a need for it.

    Q: How much will legendaries cost?
    A: You will know that once they are released

    Q: Is it possible to transfer characters between accounts??
    A: Not at the moment. Warmane staff will re-open them if needed but usually that happeds incase there is a merge between realms and such, but as I said in the beggining, this feature is not avaliable

    Q: Will my characters be recovered after retrieving back my account? or are they lost?
    A: Warmane is not responsible for any data loss thats caused by client itself. There is a backup option on every account, use it. Incase of any data loss you can use this option to retrieve your characters

    Q: Is there any chance to view the twitch Q&A after its finished? Ie: recorded?
    A: No. Usualy you will find threads about what was disussed during the Q&A stream but you cannot see previous streams as Warmane doesnt save them. More about it on http://www.twitch.tv/warmane/profile

    Q: My character is dead and I cannot find its corpse, what should I do?
    A: Enter your profile on www.warmane.com and then click "service". Select your Character realm, Name and of course option "Free" and then select "Character unstuck". Before you confirm this option, make sure you logout from the game otherwise this might not take effect.

    Q: What should I do once I make a ticket on the support center?
    A: Simply be patient. Wait for the staff to respond within certain time. It should not take more than 24 hours. If it does take more than that, DO NOT spam the support trying to remind them you have created a ticket because no matter than they havent forgotten you. There are a lot of tickets sent daily so please be patient, staff will help you ASAP

    Q: How long can an account be inactive before Warmane removes it from their Database?
    A: There isnt a set period. Usualy Warmane will make an announcment regarding inactive account cleanup after certain period of time so you will know when its going to happen. Try to be more active and you wont have to worry about inactive account cleanup
