I've just created the account and received one red error "Your account is banned", would like to know why and is it possible to have an access to this server or not?

Well if he actually never logged into game, like the "Last Seen" says, then I'm actually curious. And the only way (that I'm aware of) you'll get banned without logging in is if you get busted trying to exploit the website, but that'll give you a message on the account panel saying your account was terminated for exploit attempt. Or I'm still tired from waking up, as always, and overlooked something.

EDIT: Maybe I overlooked a banned IP? But the in-game error says your account is suspended and the OP is talking about a red message, which implies the account panel.

EDIT2: Might have been a shared IP that was banned because that would hit every account associated. Although, the reason should be shown in the account panel, not just "Your account is banned"

I spoke with my ISP and requested him to change IP and he rejected my purpose.

Nothing is ever immune to exploits and I'm not saying you did anything, only listed it as a possibility.
You're sharing your IP with everyone who uses your internet. Your one router can handle quite a few devices behind it.

If you have dynamic IP address that changes you could have gotten IP that has been banned before when someone else was using it. Most internet connections have dynamic IP address.
