Pandaria flying in pandaria without passive

hi so i am flying on pandaria without the master wisdom of the four winds and also am flying without a mount it has the animation of swiming and when i can fly even with ground mounts and it also has the swiming animation both have the velocity of swiming and i can use movility spells without mount while flyingm, roll, flying serpent kick it might be because i was dead when i logged off yesterday and i cant also go in water
